English Proficiency Exams

Our English Proficiency Exam preparation covers IELTS, TOEFL, and CELPIP, for students pursuing academic admission and for adult learners working toward Canadian immigration pathways that require a proficiency score.
These exams are unlike a regular English class: they're timed, tightly formatted, and scored against a specific rubric that rewards exam-specific strategy as much as language ability. A strong English speaker can still underperform simply from unfamiliarity with the format — running out of time on the writing section, misreading what a speaking prompt is actually asking for, or losing marks on reading comprehension technique rather than comprehension itself. That gap between real ability and test-day score is exactly what structured preparation closes.

Our sessions cover all four skill areas — listening, reading, writing, and speaking — with practice under realistic timed conditions and targeted feedback on the specific habits holding a student's score back. The outcome we work toward is straightforward: walking into test day knowing the format cold, so the score reflects the student's actual English ability, at the level their program or immigration application requires.
